    Panasonic Energy Corp. of America: Fitzgerald+CO will conduct brand strategy and positioning to introduce a line of Panasonic batteries in the United States. Fitzgerald+CO plans to leverage the strength of the Panasonic brand to promote the company, a leading supplier of primary and secondary batteries.

    Krystal: As part of its engagement with the South’s oldest quick service restaurant brand and the second-longest standing in the nation, Fitzgerald+CO will develop a fully integrated marketing and communications plan. Work for the Atlanta-based Krystal includes research, creative development, media planning and buying and a re-positioning of the restaurant chain.

    Synovus: Fitzgerald+CO will conduct positioning and brand work for the 125-year-old financial services company. With more than $27 billion in assets, Synovus the Southeast and the 38th largest financial services company nationwide.

    Hot Hands: Fitzgerald+CO will lead media planning, media buying, creative and digital efforts for Hot Hands, a subsidiary of Kobayashi Americas. The company’s air-activated heat packs designed for hands, feet and other parts of the body are available at 8,180 retail locations nationwide. The company is the No. 1 air-activated warmer brand in North America with a 70 percent market share.

    I don't know why this isn't a more prominent story than it is. Ford got his company off the ground by winning a race in which he was a major underdog. From the celebrity status he got after winning that race he was able to raise $28K – or $700,000 in today's terms.
