Newly created ART DIRECTOR position in our Milwaukee office, working closely with our Chief Creative Officer and Senior Broadcast Producer. Responsiblefor creating and maintaining the overall consistency of the elements connected with the production, design, construction, and finished products

Conceptualize ideas; Visualize, design and supervise creation of work
Implement ideas into design of layouts and finished art, meeting expectations of Clients and Agency standards
Work closely with assigned writer and integrated team on assigned projects

Person needs to have an eye or flair for fashion and the ability to work on a fast-paced, retail account. Because of this, agency experience is extremely helpful. Probably in the range of 4-8 years would be ideal, but we'd look at others with a strong portfolio. Experience with broadcast desired.
