The Media Supervisor is a management position focused on the creation, execution and monitoring of media campaigns, creation of strategies and plans, negotiations, as well as analyzing data and future recommendations.

Responsibilities:
• Work with Director and departmental teams to create, present and execute media plans and reporting analysis
• Manage strategic plan development, negotiation and/or execution for paid media digital and traditional campaigns
• Serve as a resident expert for digital media inquiries, requests, discrepancies and solutions to achieve goals and objectives and/or to resolve execution issues
• Manage Integrated Media Assistant for campaign reporting - data and insights as well as strategic POVs to present to clients
• Manage associates including trainings, delegating work and performance reviews, negotiate inventory, investment and performance analysis
• Stay ahead of industry trends and knowledge
Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree - degree is in marketing, advertising, communications are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years’ agency experience working in media, with experience in media planning, buying or similar role
• Experience managing digital campaigns - research, planning, strategy, buying, execution, analysis and reporting/optimizations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complicated media items into digestible conversations
• Ability to maintain media budgets and overall budget summaries for clients
• Working knowledge of Excel, Campaign Manager, GTM, GA a plus
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to think unconventionally when proposing solutions or opportunities
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of industry and vendors
• Work well under pressure to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines
• Industry thought leader – seeking new opportunities in the media landscape
• Familiar with media research tools
• Knowledge of FunctionPoint and Bionic a plus
