We’re looking for a valuable member of our growing team — someone who strives to make great work, but also wants to be part of a motivated crew who likes to have fun. Someone who can write in a range of tones for our national base of clients and quickly and accurately turn ideas into advertising that motivates. Conceptual skills are a must, as this position will require thinking on all levels. As an agency that works in every form of media, you’ll be participating in all aspects of our integrated output: campaign concepting and execution, digital ideation, traditional copywriting assignments and even some fun non-traditional projects.
You’ll be responsible for coming up with and creating award-winning work that both creates success for our clients and is respected by our peers. You’ll be guided and inspired by the Creative Director, but you’ll be expected to make everything your own. We operate in a highly collaborative environment, so you’ll be required to take suggestions from others openly and produce your very best work on a daily basis. We’re a company of unique individuals that works as a tight knit team. Everyone is equally important in making us and — in turn, our clients — well-oiled machines.
You have at least 4 years of experience in an agency setting and possess strong conceptual thinking skills and a book full of great words. You have good experience and know best practices in the digital space (and have work to show for it), as well as keeping up with current trends. You are tenacious, meticulous, detail-oriented and able to confidently present your ideas to both your CD and clients.
Sense of humor and a laid-back, roll-with-the-punches attitude is an absolute. Be ready to work hard (but not sweat shop hard) with likable people and clients in an energetic company blazing forward.
